In short, Free-Flow is a full-text translation editor.
Imagine the freedom of writing in Word or Google Docs, combined with the power of our localization stack like translation memories, context, and terminology all working quietly in the background.
It’s built for how people actually write.
The interface is clean and intuitive. Under the hood, we are vectorizing everything including text, images, and video to capture meaning, not just words.

Data Transformation Parameters. Because not everything needs translating.
When preparing content for translation, not all fields are meant to be translated, but they’re still important. For example, while localizing our website, I had fields like article IDs, URLs, publication dates, and statuses like “published.” These weren’t meant for translation, but I still needed them included and returned in an organized format to update our Webflow site.
Back then, handling this meant lots of manual work 😡 and post-processing.
Now, with Data Transformation Parameters, you can define exactly how those non-translatable fields should be handled 😍.
Sharing is caring and our Google Drive connector just got better!
Our Google Drive connector was already a easy and seamless when it came to the files you owned. But we forgot a little detail behind: what about the files you shared? Realizing so many organizations rely on shared drives for content sharing, we changed our connector to take this into account. You can sync content in your shared drives directly into your Bureau Works projects. After that, just pick your favorite drink, something nice to eat and if you have the full potential of automation turned on in Bureau Works, just sit back and watch the magic happen.
Our platform now supports 456 languages
We’ve recently added a new batch of languages to the platform,
Among the additions, we’re especially proud to include two Indigenous languages: Wayuunaiki (guc) and Awajún (agr). Their presence reflects our ongoing commitment to language diversity and cultural inclusion.
These new locales are already live on the platform.
Currency Conversion Made Easy
Now you can generate payables in the currency of your choice, just toggle the option, pick the target currency, and drop in the exchange rate.
We’ll take care of the math :)
And don’t worry, if your payment method doesn’t support a currency, we’ll gently steer you in the right direction.
