Coca-Cola Europacific Partners and Bureau Works join forces to reimagine translation
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) and Bureau Works have started a partnership built on a shared goal: to make translation smarter, faster, and more human.
It began with a pilot project that put Bureau Works’ Context Sensitivity to the test, translation technology that doesn’t just swap words but understands meaning and tone. The results spoke for themselves. CCEP saw how the system could carry its brand identity across languages while keeping quality high and processes simple.
What stood out even more was the collaboration. CCEP’s team praised Bureau Works’ quick, hands-on support during the pilot, calling it a key factor in choosing the platform.
Now, the partnership is expanding into full multimodality, adding tools for text, video, and audio translation inside one secure environment. The new Language Portal being built with Bureau Works will help CCEP teams across 29 countries communicate more easily, without losing the voice that makes the company unique.
“From day one, we felt the same energy,” said Elitza Dublewa-Servatius, Translation and Localization Lead at CCEP. “Bureau Works understood what we needed, not just accurate translations, but a way to make people feel understood.”
“CCEP’s vision is bold and inspiring,” said Gabriel Fairman, CEO of Bureau Works. “Together, we’re building tools that connect people, cultures, and ideas, not just systems.”
This partnership marks the beginning of a new chapter in how global teams communicate, where technology supports understanding, not replaces it.
